Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Appliances Pro website at appliances-pro.com and your engagement of appliance repair and installation services provided by Appliances Pro ("we," "us," or "our") in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding metro areas. By using our website or scheduling a service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Scope of Services
Appliances Pro provides residential and commercial appliance repair, appliance installation, and related services across Atlanta metro including Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Sandy Springs, Suwanee, Buckhead, Johns Creek, Norcross, Buford, and Sugar Hill. Services are subject to availability, geographic coverage, and technician scheduling.
Service Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We make every reasonable effort to honor confirmed appointment windows. Appliances Pro is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including traffic, weather, or prior job overruns. We will contact you as promptly as possible if a scheduling change is necessary.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic service call fee applies to all appointments:
- Residential appliances: $99
- Built-in and stackable units: $150
- Commercial appliances: $225
The diagnostic fee is waived when you proceed with the recommended repair at the time of the service call. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is due at the time of the visit.
Repair Estimates
We provide repair estimates before any work begins. Estimates are based on the technician's on-site diagnosis. You have the right to decline the repair after receiving the estimate with no obligation beyond the applicable diagnostic fee. Proceeding with the repair constitutes your acceptance of the quoted price.
Parts and Labor
Parts used in repairs are sourced from reputable suppliers. We do not guarantee the availability of specific parts or brand-original components for all appliance models. In some cases, equivalent quality replacement parts may be used. Our technician will advise you of any such substitutions before proceeding.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices are quoted in US dollars. We provide upfront pricing before work begins. Final invoiced amounts reflect the agreed repair cost. No additional charges will be added without your prior approval.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection procedures.
Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge the diagnostic fee for appointments cancelled without adequate notice after a technician has been dispatched.
Warranty
Workmanship Warranty
Every repair completed by Appliances Pro is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair due to our workmanship, we will return to address it at no additional labor charge.
Warranty Exclusions
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- New or unrelated failures that occur after the original repair
- Damage caused by misuse, power surges, floods, or other external events
- Appliances that have been serviced or tampered with by another party after our repair
- Normal wear and tear on parts not replaced during the original repair
- Parts covered under a separate manufacturer's warranty
Parts Warranty
Parts warranties, where applicable, are governed by the original parts manufacturer. We will assist you in identifying the appropriate warranty claims process for parts that fail within their warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
Appliances Pro's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our website, including but not limited to loss of food, property damage unrelated to our work, or business interruption.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or secondary failures in appliances unrelated to the specific issue diagnosed and repaired during our service visit.
Property Access and Safety
By scheduling a service appointment, you confirm that you have the authority to grant our technicians access to the property and appliances. You agree to provide a safe working environment for our technicians. Appliances Pro reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service call if conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff.
Scheduling Platform
We use HouseCall Pro as our customer relationship management and scheduling platform. When you book a service through our website or by phone, your appointment and contact information is managed within HouseCall Pro. Use of that platform is subject to HouseCall Pro's own terms of service, available at housecallpro.com.
Website Use
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on our website is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or complete. Pricing, availability, and service areas are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
The text, logos, brand elements, and original design of the Appliances Pro website are the property of Appliances Pro and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission. Some images used on this website are licensed through Adobe Stock and are subject to Adobe Stock's licensing terms.
